SHOULDER PAIN, RIBCAGE COMPRESSION – NOW DECOMPRESSED AND PAIN-FREE

Tom came to Functional Patterns with noticeable ribcage compression and shoulder pain that was limiting his upper body function. After 6 months of focused training, his spine and ribcage are visibly more decompressed, and his scapular positioning has improved—leading to reduced shoulder discomfort and better upper body alignment.
