We offer Private sessions and Small Group classes at our headquarters in St Louis Park, and private sessions at our affiliate location in Blaine. Virtual sessions are also available. Each session or class is 55 minutes. Prerequisites apply for group classes.  

Private Sessions

Personalized attention and corrective exercise tailored to meet you where you are, while guiding you to where you want to be. A minimum of 5 private  sessions are required to qualify for Fundamentals classes

Virtual Sessions

These private sessions are best designed for those who live outside the Twin Cities area, or who otherwise have difficulty commuting to our St Louis Park or Blaine facility. Train in the comfort of your own home or workout space

Group Classes

Group classes are held 6 days a week, with morning and evening options available at our St Louis Park headquarters. Once you've completed at least 5 private sessions with a practitioner, you may choose to change your training structure to include some group classes.

10-week guided class - Sundays 10:30a - 12p. This introductory class works through the material in the 10-week online course lead by a Human Foundations practitioner.  Purchase the 10-week course here

MFR - (Myofascial Release) This class is an introductory level class designed to help you safely work with various tools and techniques for effective myofascial releases.

 

Fundamentals - This class is oriented towards mastering the basic techniques of Functional Patterns, correcting your standing posture, learning how to maintain tensions in your body during controlled movements and prepping you towards more dynamic movements. Fundamentals classes are designed for members who have attended MFR classes and a minimum of 5 private sessions. Work on the 10-week online course is recommended in conjunction with these classes for best results.

 

Performance - This class has a pre-requisite of completing the  10 week online program, 5 private sessions, 3 months of Fundamentals classes, and approval from your  practitioner. Movements in this class are geared toward dynamic and complex movements while maintaining the principles of concepts learned in Fundamentals classes.

Infrared Sauna

Similar to natural sunlight,  Infrared saunas use the wavelength of the visible and non-visible infared light spectrum to create heat. Using this method, heat penetrates more deeply than traditional saunas, while operating at lower temperatures than traditional saunas. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.
