Improved Chronic Back, Hip and Shoulder Pain

Graydon found Functional Patterns on social media after suffering from 5+ years of chronic lower back pain from a stress fracture in his L5 vertebra during his middle school soccer days.
In his own words "Over the years I tried physical therapy, massage therapy and a chiropractor but still dealt with 4/10 back pain almost daily. I tried being active despite this and everytime I played ice hockey or ice skated I'd have hip tightness and pain and was also dealing with shoulder instability and pain if I made a wrong move. In just 2 months of training FP (20 sessions) my back pain went down to 0-1/10 and my hip tightness is almost completely gone and I can play hockey without any flare ups. My shoulder feels more stable than before. All this has improved my anxiety and I'm sleeping better and feeling more recharged when I wake up in the morning. My overall quality of life has improved since starting Functional Patterns Training”
