We focus on the four major human movement patterns - Standing, Walking, Running and Throwing.
Training with respect to these patterns allows us to help any human, regardless of age or fitness experience.  We provide you with the tools to achieve symmetry and proper tensions in your body so you can improve your posture, move with more efficiency and have less pain overall.

At your 1 hour, 45 minute Assessment, we'll take posture photos and record your gait cycle on the treadmill to assess the biomechanical dysfunctions your body has built up over time. We'll view those together and discuss how Functional Patterns can help correct those dysfunctions. We'll discuss where you are now, where you'd like to be, and what tools to implement to help you achieve those goals.  Pairing you with a FPMN Practitioner, we'll then create an optimal training schedule for you.

The next steps on your Functional Patterns journey will have you working one-on-one with a practitioner. They'll guide you through some MFR (myofascial release, or self-massage), corrective postures and exercises of Functional Patterns and begin to layer in other aspects,  such as nutrition, recovery and mindset.

These beginning sessions are crucial to learn cueing, how to hold and move with proper tensions, and how we address body dysfunctions to keep yourself free from injuries.

We highly recommend you purchase and utilize the 10 week online program in conjunction with these private sessions.

Private Sessions

Fundamentals and Performance

After a number of private sessions with a practitioner, you may want to reassess your training frequency and regiment. While private sessions give you the most personalized and effective training, group classes may be available to supplement your private trainings once prerequisites are met and you are approved by your practitioner.
